UzOman facilitates landmark logistics investment between Oman and Uzbekistan

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a landmark transaction that marks Asyad entry into Uzbekistan’s rapidly growing logistics sector.

Asyad Group has acquired a controlling stake in Universal Logistics Services (ULS) and Highway Logistics Center (HLC), two strategically important logistics platforms that handle a significant share of Uzbekistan’s container traffic and warehousing operations.

The transaction establishes a direct logistics bridge between Oman and Central Asia, strengthening connectivity across key trade corridors linking the Middle East, Central Asia, Europe, and China.

As Uzbekistan’s first private equity fund and a bilateral sovereign investment platform between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Sultanate of Oman, UzOman is proud to have facilitated this investment, which reflects the strong and enduring partnership between our two nations and supports the continued development of Uzbekistan’s logistics infrastructure.
