We are looking for a driven and analytical Investment Associate to join our fast-paced Investment Department in Tashkent. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects, support transformational deals, and help drive strategic investments across diverse sectors in Uzbekistan and beyond.

As part of our Deal and Relationship Team, you will work closely with senior executives, local and international partners, and government stakeholders to identify, assess, and execute investment opportunities that align with our strategic vision. You’ll gain hands-on experience in M&A, capital raising, and portfolio management — while contributing directly to the country’s economic development.

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Department: Investment – Deal and Relationship Team

What You’ll Do:

· Conduct comprehensive market and industry research to identify investment opportunities.

· Support the origination, structuring, and execution of M&A transactions.

· Perform financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence processes.

· Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders.

· Coordinate with legal, financial, and technical advisors throughout deal execution.

· Monitor post-deal performance and support portfolio company development.

What We’re Looking For:

· 4–8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A.

· Strong academic background in finance, economics, business, or related field (MBA/CFA is a plus).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a multicultural environment.

· Fluency in English, strong command of Russian and Uzbek required.
